Are taxes included in the prices?

• No, taxes are not included in the prices. At the end of the transaction, applicable taxes will be added to the amount of the purchases. 
 

Are transportation costs included in the prices?

• Yes. 
                                   

What are the return policies?

• All merchandise purchased from Axessimo international is returnable and refundable within 30 days following the date of transaction.  The merchandise must be intact, not have been worn and in its original packaging accompanied with the invoice. 
 • Once the merchandise is received and inspected, the amount of the purchase will be refunded.  Transportation costs for the return are the responsibility of the buyer. 
 

What is the delay for delivery?

• The delay of delivery depends on the location of where the merchandise will be shipped. Allow 7 to 10 days for Canada orders and 7 to 14 days for U.S orders. For all rush or international orders, please contact our customer service department at vente-sale@axessimo.ca. 

What are the payment options?

• We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit card and PAYPAL.

Can minors (people under 18 years of age) make a transaction?

• No, all purchases must be made by a person over the age of 18.
